V. M. Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education, established in 2014, is a world-class hospitality institute committed to delivering education at global standards. Affiliated with Goa University, the institute offers a 3-year B.Sc. in Culinary Arts, a 3-year B.Sc. in International Hospitality Management, and a 2-year M.Sc. in International Hospitality & Tourism Management, along with a range of short-term certification courses.

The institute is supported by the prestigious Marriott Group and has academic collaboration with leading institutes in Europe. It has partnered with Turismo de Portugal for a “Collaborative International Training and Education Programme,” and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with César Ritz Colleges in Switzerland, enabling students who complete their Bachelor’s degree to pursue higher studies abroad. Additionally, a partnership with Martinhal Family Hotels & Resorts, a prominent Portugal-based hospitality brand, Portugal based hospitality brand Martinhal Family Hotels and Resorts provides international internship opportunities to students of the institute.

V M Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education has proudly secured an A grade from the esteemed  National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) (National Assessment and Accreditation Council with a Cumulative Grade Point Average score of 3.04.
