ESTATE OFFICER
Candidate should be a graduate with min. 5 years experience in looking after, supervising and maintaining agricultural properties and estates. Job responsibility basically involves outdoor work to look after the properties and deal with all issues connected to properties including tenants and mundkars and liaise with panchayats and all Government authorities. Should be computer savvy, fluent in written and spoken English and Konkani/Marathi.

TREASURY MANAGER
Candidate should possess Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance or related field with minimum 5 years of proven experience in treasury management. Should have a strong background in managing treasury functions, cash flow management & portfolio, liquidity and diverse financial investments. Must possess strong financial analytical skills.
KRAs include managing treasury operations, achieving income targets of portfolio, banking relationships, ensuring regulatory compliances, preparing MIS, dashboards and budget reports, risk management including FX and foreign investment optimisation.
Candidate should be computer savvy, proficient in financial software and have excellent communication / leadership skills.
