ESTATE OFFICER
Candidate should be a graduate with min. 5 years experience in looking after, supervising and maintaining agricultural properties and estates. Job responsibility basically involves outdoor work to look after the properties and deal with all issues connected to properties including tenants and mundkars and liaise with panchayats and all Government authorities. Should be computer savvy, fluent in written and spoken English and Konkani/Marathi.

SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Graduate / Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5 – 7 years experience in hotel / engineering projects in MEPF services / projects. Candidate should be able to liaise with consultants / Govt. departments. Should demonstrate good leadership skills with excellent communication & interpersonal abilities. 11KV supervisory licence issued by GED, Govt. of Goa, will be an added advantage.

SECRETARY TO DIRECTOR
Candidate should be a graduate with min. 5-6 years experience as Executive Assistant / Secretary to Chief Executive or Director. She should be computer savvy, have a good command over spoken and written English, good telephone etiquette, ability to correspond independently, manage calendar, schedule meetings, arrange domestic/overseas travel, handle visa and foreign currency arrangements and hotel bookings. Should be able to create and maintain records and carry out intra and inter organization coordination.

INTERIOR DESIGNER
We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience in interior design from a reputable firm. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design and be proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
Key responsibilities include designing and planning interior spaces, creating renderings for our projects, preparing BOQs, cost estimation, material procurement, conducting site inspections, and ensuring quality control. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and manage project timelines efficiently.
